To set the scene, the City Index website is over eight years old. It’s built on an over strained, outdated CMS, it isn’t responsive and it doesn’t offer the functionality or features that our clients come to expect today. In an extremely competitive industry such as ours, if you choose not to move with the times, you’ll face the consequences.
The navigation of any website is arguably the single most important aspect to consider. Enabling the user to discover the content they wish to find, and information they expect to see at each stage of their journey is essential to conversion. A clumsy layout with hidden content in unexpected places will only frustrate and leave potential clients with a horrible impression of the brand.
